MR OLASUPO ATI-JOHN, LL.B, B.L, ABR. FBR

Olasupo Ati-John attended the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos where he passed the Bar Part II qualifying Exams and was formally admitted into Nigerian Bar, in 1990. He is a member of several professional bodies in Nigeria. In 2002, he was admitted to the membership of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN), Member, Membership Sub Committee BRIPAN (2004), Council Member in 2011, he is currently a fellow of the Association. Furthermore, he is also an active member in the Nigeria Gas Association, a recognized organization by the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation. He is a certified mediator (CEDR Accredited), also a member of the panel of neutrals at the Lagos Multi-door courthouse. In 2010, he was nominated by the NBA to present a paper in the regional AU Summit on the Legal Implications and the Socio-economic effect of the multifaceted Jos Crisis in Banjul, Gambia. He is also a distinguished member of the Capital Market Solicitors Association, also recognized by the Security and Exchange Commission as well as the Stock Exchange Commission. Currently, he is a member of various social clubs inclusive of the prestigious Ikoyi Club and was appointed a member of the security subcommittee in the 2005/2006 club year. Supo Ati-John is actively involved in debt recovery, insolvency and winding up matters, Criminal and Civil Litigation, Corporate Practice, Real Estate practice etc… Supo Ati-John is an extremely focused and result oriented individual, strongly motivated by the desire to deliver excellent service. Supo Ati-John is a Notary public.

Nkeonyenasoa Enebeli Taiya

Mrs. Nkeonyenasoa Enebeli Taiya is the Head of Chambers. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Benin in 2003 and in 2006 she qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She has gained vast experience in all areas of dispute resolution as she is a certified Associate Charted Arbitrator of the Institute of Charted Arbitrators Nigeria (ACiarb) and a Notary Public. She is self motivated and determined to meet the set goals of the firm.

Omoyemen Nwulia

She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Prestigious Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. She is a dedicated professional, providing detailed results with honesty and integrity having extensive experience in Company Secretarial and Regulatory Compliance, Commercial and Corporate Law Practice, Real Estate, Debt Recovery and Litigation.

Louis Uwakwe

He is a graduate of Ebonyi State University wherein he obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours (LL. B Hons) in 2009. He was called to the Nigerian Bar and enrolled as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2010. Having acquired a great deal of experience from active legal practice, he has conducted several cases at the trial and appellate Courts in Nigeria with a large amount of success in the areas of Labour Law, Commercial and Corporate Laws, Debt Recovery, Property Law and Consultancy, Winding-Up and in Criminal cases.

Solagbade Oluwole

He is a graduate from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. Solagbade Oluwole was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2012. He is also an AAT holder from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. Solagbade Oluwole has been engaged in Commercial and Corporate Legal Practice.

Kelechi Onugha

He is a graduate of Igbinedion University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016. His core areas of practice are Debt recovery, Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law. He works closely with several bodies such as the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) and Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) and has been able to work with them effectively in debt recovery matters.

She graduated from the Nigerian Law School with a Second Class Upper Division in 2017. She holds a computer training certificate in word processing and data management from IMS Computer training School. She worked with UBA as one of their Administrative officer and later joined Supo Ati-John & Co in 2009.
